Search answers about ordering, pricing, and shipping.
Ordering
Search the catalog or submit a supported product link. Choose a variant and quantity, check out, and follow the order stages that are actually recorded: payment, purchase, warehouse receipt, inspection, photos, shipping payment, dispatch, transit, and delivery.
Ordering
VEXORA only shows a price when it comes from the catalog or from a product source you have connected. An unconnected link becomes a sourcing request. You are not charged until a quote is confirmed.
Pricing
The catalog price is in Swiss francs (CHF). The currency menu converts that price with the latest published rate from open.er-api.com, or the European Central Bank rate when that is the one available. The shown amount is rounded up to the next cent, rappen, or smallest unit of that currency, so it is the higher figure rather than a rounded-down estimate. Checkout still charges the Swiss franc catalog price. If a rate is missing, the franc price stays on screen.
Shipping
Only if you enter contracted rates and mark the rate card as verified. Sample cards are labelled as unverified estimates and do not promise a delivery date.
Warehouse
Parcel statuses, dimensions, and placeholder photos are records you can use to rehearse the workflow. They are not evidence that a logistics partner received a physical parcel. Connect a warehouse partner before describing those updates as real.
Payments
A card is charged when Stripe Checkout completes and the webhook marks the payment paid.
