International shipping is calculated from rate cards stored in the VEXORA admin panel. A rate card marked unverified is a sample or operator-entered estimate. It is not a live carrier quote, and any delivery window on that card is not a promise.
The shipping calculator compares the active rate cards that match the destination, currency, and chargeable weight. Chargeable weight uses the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight from the card's divisor.
Product checkout collects the item total and VEXORA service fees. International shipping is paid when the parcel is ready, unless you later configure a different flow. Tracking numbers appear only after a dispatch record is saved.
Simulated warehouse mode does not move a physical parcel and must not be described to customers as a completed shipment.
