This policy is a template. Update it with the legal operator name, address, and lawful bases before launch.
VEXORA stores the account details you submit, including your name, email address, password hash, shipping addresses, orders, support messages, and notification preferences. Passwords are hashed. Card numbers are not stored by VEXORA. Payments are handled by the configured payment provider.
Session cookies keep you signed in. A cart cookie stores guest cart variant identifiers. A currency preference can be stored in a cookie. These are described in the cookie policy.
Order and parcel records are kept so you can track a purchase. Audit logs record administrative changes. Server logs may include email delivery metadata. They must not be used to store secrets.
You can update profile details, addresses, and notification preferences from your account. To request deletion or a copy of your data, use the contact form. Some order and payment records may need to be retained where accounting or fraud-prevention rules require it.
If email delivery is set to the console provider, message content is written to the application log on the server you operate. Switch to a configured email provider before production.
